Pre-implementation Analysis

A member of the AGE-u-cate team connects with key leadership to review goals and challenges to assist in setting prioritization of needs

Leadership Success Plan

Within the first year, AGE-u-cate offers the opportunity to collaborate in tracking program feedback and outcomes to complete an outcomes based case study to evaluate return on investment.

Tools of Utilization

AGE-u-cate program partners gain access to coach resources with an array of implementation and program growth resources to include marketing plans for outreach and brand awareness in addition to staff training and family education resources.

Ongoing Support

Members of the AGE-u-cate team are on-hand and accessible via phone and email for routine customer support. Coach boot camp meetings and quarterly coach calls are also included as well as routine newsletters and webinars for ongoing education and program implementation content.
